been cold, so vegetable beef soup, and rancheros huevos.

Use some beef ribs (browned in bacon grease)
to make a good stock, added beef stock
and the vegetables...heck, it's soup













 
Looks good Cappy. Those ribs look like tenderized cutlets in the first coupla pics. Musta been the way the light was shining on it:)

they sure do....I'm not sure what that is or how it got in there.
Might need you, Pen and Bruce to investigate while I retain

After my investigations, I determined I browned the ground beef,
seen in the corner of this pic, before I browned the ribs. Both went
into the soup.

I was going to say, while those eggs looked muchos goodos...they might sneak attack during digestion!! LOL!! :LOL: :LOL: :LOL:
 
Looking good....the mexican plate looked worth the 4am call
Soup is on the menu for later in the week here...I seem to have a ham bone
