This was some food Ive done this past week. The turkey plate was from thanksgivin'.

This is my newest mac n cheese recipe:

Heres some chicken and artichoke hearts my wife cooked it was great. I made the bread...It was friggin killer. 60/40 mayonaise to soft butter respectivly. Mix together then spread it on fresh bread. Cover with plenty of cheddar and throw in the oven 400* for 15 minutes roughly. I added green onions to the top but it didnt need it.

Thumbs up to all of you! Im gettin ready to do a turkey tomorrow and I have 2 shoulders and a rack of ribs! I'll practice for the frozen few tomorrow. Its been 17* degrees everytime I walked ouside today! Gonna be cold tomorrow too. Cheers!
