I'm getting a little tired of turkey talk but ... I did three birds over the past month. The first two were for practice and both were enhanced, frozen, from Kroger, 39¢ a lb. with a $30 purchase. They were both good, but my thanksgiving bird was a 16 lb. free range fresh turkey from an Amish farm in Western Ohio, Kucks, $2.19 a lb.. This was a different bird, well worth an extra $1.80 a lb. Okay now that I got that off my chest I'm ready for some ribs, brisket or PP.
