Had some pork loin left over from another project, tossed it on Trident 1 an smoked er up.

The pick don't show it real well, but the smoke ring was over a 1/4" thick. Sure is tastey!

Sliced nice an thin fer sammies an then vac bagged inta 1/4 lb servins. Makes one mean sammie!
 
Dang Senor Hillybilly..that is one mighty fine looking loin. Have to pass out a big old attaboy on that one. Assuming the affectionate nic of Trident got to be your hard labor induced PDS (purty drum smoker). Now is this hot or warm? Fine job on all counts!!
