The BBQ Pit Boys http://www.bbqpitboys.com showed me how to make this beef pot pie. My pictures are not as much fun as their videos, but I'll bet mine tastes as good.

Everything ready to go. I hate the fact it gets dark so early :(

Putting it all together.

Looking more like a pie.

Ready to cut.

A little messy, but wonderful

Do you clean the potatoes first? Or is this a 'grate' thing?

Do look good. I just love pot pies. I tend to gravitate towards the chicken for some reason. Swanson makes good ones. The beef variety always taste sorta funny. Wel get some high dollar ones around here which are sorta like the caddilac which is Marie Callendar's brand seems like. Aint sure who she is. Maybe some distant kin of General Mills. Now as far as making them at home..a bit too labor intensive. I prob just eat the goop with a spoon and the bread on the side. Now that be a lot easier for old folks.
