Mollejas, Fajiters and Shrimps
Well, my wife wanted fried shrimp so I made her some. 2lbs. I wanted "Mollejas" and "Fajiters" so I made some for myself. We both shared and also made some "Suckle Busters Salsa Mix"... Good stuff yall. Oh, I also smoked/fried a onion on my new Racheal Ray cast iron fajita skillet I got on clearance @HEB for $9.00..There are two parts to the video... It will go to part 2 at the end of part 1 in this here player..

Everything looks great even the sweetbread but knowing what they are I don't think I could eat them.

Sapo, I've never tried sweetbreads, what do they taste like? What's the texture like?
