Got the motor mounted today, belt on an gave the thing a test drive, WOW, it ground through 3 pounds a pork butt like nothin! I was runnin 3 an 4 inch square chunks through it an didn't even make her slow down none!

Does a perty nice job on the grind!

The motor is mounted to a piece of 3/4 plywood an that is mounted to a heavy duty hinge, use a carriage bolt to adjust the tension. this arrangement makes it easy to take apart fer cleanin. Don't know what the final RPM's are, but there just about right.

Got the project bout 90% complete. After everthins done to my satisfaction, it all comes apart for paint!
