Newbie Pics Problem ( computer dork )

Having problem posting pics and still new to the computer world. Watched Screencast and downloaded " free Webshots". I can't seem to find the Webshot screen for uploading, shown in the screencast. Maybe they upgraded the site since the screencast was made??? Can transfer url to BBQ Central, but not just the pics. Transfers my whole Webshots site. Also tried with "Shutterfly", but no luck.
Any help is appreciated.

Open an http://www.imageshack.com account and it will have the code ready for you after you upload your pics...
