New Recipe Prototype - Rattlesnake Tails

Here is a new recipe prototype from yesterday.

Rattlesnake Tails

Anaheim chiles stuffed with a combination of ground turkey and spicy pork sausage, wrapped in bacon, smoked and glazed with a mixture of BBQ sauce, honey and butter.

I should have the recipe posted on the blog tonight.
