breakfast sausage

I made up a batch of about 12 pounds of breakfast sausage with wittdog's recipe in the recipe section (more or less). I wanted to be sure to have some for my annual goose hunting trip.




I haven't got it packaged yet.

Great start ya got there! We used ta take a 1 burner stove duck huntin an sit in the blind makin sausage, eggs, toast an coffee, shoulda been sellin it fer all the fellers that stopped by!

Good food makes a huntin/fishin trip that much better!
