Untrimmed spares seasoned with S&P, cooked over Blue KF and hickory indirect in the 375-425 range, until almost done, then will finish over direct heat. More pic's to follow.

dood, looks the Blob rolled around in rub and took over
your grill! Cook it and eat that son of a gun before it
kills Steve McQueen and Miss Crump!

Well I apologize in advance, these pics suck! Too many beers and a new camera equals few and bad pic's.

The ribs turned out very good. Flavorful and moist.

I got to try that soon.

Griff, my family me included are not HUGE rib fans. But when I grill them like this, they disappear FAST. Totally different flavor and texture vs. slow smoked ribs. Definitely worth trying.

While I normally smoke ribs at 235 to 250*, I needed some in a hurry last week-end and Thanks to your performer posts, went with my version of "high" temp which was 300 to 350. Turned out Xcellent and would not have tried it without your previous performer posts!!
Thanks!
