I was driving RT22 in PA and I saw smoke and fire...in a good way...it ended up being a place called "Clems BBQ" which can be found here http://clemscafe.com/index.html

I was able to snap a few photos of the 2 cooks while they were finishing up the days chicken cook of Thighs over logs of hickory and cherry in a great outdoor open pit! I didn't eat as they weren't open for business yet but it was cool just to see a place do it the right way!! And it smelled AWESOME!!
