Kevin, I don't cook breasts unless my daughter or other wimmen folk are here, cause they just don't come out as juicy as the thighs. I never thought about injecting them. Did they hold the inection fairly well?

By the way, I love seeing the flag when you post. I've been in Myrtle Beach for 17 years, but I'm a Tar Heel born and Tar Heel bred,

Can't beat Tony's for a store bought Cajun spice mix. I always keep the original, and the 'extra spice' varities. If you don't want to make your own 'blackening' mix, the Tony's herb blend works pretty good.

A food saver is a great alternative to injecting skinless boneless chicken.
