Ribs today Update

I'm smoking two slabs of spare ribs today on the WSM. One 1/2 of a slab has only salt and pepper for the kids.




Here is an update picture of the WSM doing its thing. It has been about 3 1/2 hours. It is a beautiful day.

 
The ribs came out great.



Larry D....the WSM was on the porch so the rain didn't bother it. It did come a down pour for a few minutes but it was over pretty quick.

dollarbil...that is my driveway. We live in a rural area and we are about 700 feet or so from the road. I should say a slightly rural area...Walmart is about 7 miles away. This town has grown alot over the last 20 years.
 
Damn it. I have rib regret! Guess its too late to do some ribs now. Those look good.
