My wife wanted something different last night so I made Italian subs. Started with EEVO, a little wine vinegar, and Italian
spices on a lightly toasted sub roll. Piled on Geneoa salami, sandwich pepperoni, extra sharp provelone cheese, chopped
roast peppers, and sliced olives. Almost had to eat it over the sink.
