Griff mooseloaf

Well, actually it was one third moose burger, one third hamburger, one third Jimmy Dean. Unfortunately I didn't get any sliced pics. After I built the loaf I spiced it with Griff's Polar Extra Spicy rub. It was truely tasty. It is so nice to be able to cook in shirt sleeves again.

Another nice loaf Griff. The one time I had Moose it was a pot roast that tasted like beef to me.
