my homemade marinate I use a 7 oz stainless injector

what is in the marinade? We love to try other peoples recipes. :wink:

Well guess that answered my question when he mentioned the cash flow deal. It was driving me crazy where he was gonna find enough folks to eat all this stuff. Apparently the boy is a pro of some sort. I know just enough about it know that if somebody is in the food bidness they gonna earn every penny. Like any other small bizness I suppose..just a slightly different set of challenges. Suspect when you feeding gated retirement co-moonities down in Floradiddy...person best have some purty tender meat. Bet the boy goes through a lot of tinfoil. Just guessing of course. Maybe he will finish the story when he wakes up from siesta time.
