Nother Hot n Fast Brisket

In ur house, eatin ur foodz.
So I go to the store looking for ribs, and I ask my usual question "Do you have any fresh brisket?" (they never do). To my surprise, they said Yup. So I came home with a 8 lb flat instead of ribs. I threw it on at 11:30, and sliced it up at 5:00. The WSM settled in at ~325 with all vents open.






The wife was babysitting 3 girls who never had BBQ'd brisket before. They loved it. They said the smoker smelled like bacon was cooking. :LOL:



Hey...JOHN PEN....Guess what's coming!...Won't be long now! :twisted:

 
Great Looking sandwich, Piled high with goodies. It smelled like bacon huh? I'll bet they ask for that again next time
 
Thanks all. :D The hot and fast isn't how I like to do it all the time, but in a pinch it works! ;)

No Diva, I didn't inject. It was a spur of the moment...bring it it home....and eat it fer dinner thang. ;)

Breffus sure was good....had sum sliced brisket on toast, egg, cheese, fresh maters, and mayo...MMMmm!
