Winn Dixie had some beef ribs but rather than being slab type they were cut into singles . Seems that they had a bit more meat on them and the marbling on them were great for being ribs . Sorry no plate pics beer and football and baseball had a lot to do with that :oops: .


Weber , Kingsford , Hickory chips ............... and Sweet baby Rays . :twisted:





 
Great loookin ribs, Talk to the butcher & place a order for whole racks before hand. Thats what I do at WD
 
Sounds like a fun time.. I'm trying to keep up with all the NFL players from last years champs.. Geaux Tigers... :D

It took bout 1-1/2 give or take a few .

I really need to put a temp gauge on the kettle . any ideas on how to do that w/o really screwing up the top ?
