I did up a little Italian sausage for lunch yesterday…and to go with it a roasted tomatoes salad, I roasted the tomatoes and then added some roasted artichoke hearts marinade in the house marinade along with some grilled peppers and onion and some of our pickled roasted red peppers and some roasted garlic. Added a little bit of balsamic and some cider vinegar and some more house marinade and a quick salad….The wife used the left overs to make a pita pizza….topped it with some fresh mozzarella…
