Hot Monday cooking

Proof(It climbed up a little more since I took this!) 110 heat index. I'm moving to the Marshel Islands. 78 year round with blue blue water, lush vegatation, sandy beaches......... OK, I just woke up.

Sooo. I move inside for plain ole tacos

Home made spanish rice to go with hand picked ingediants for pico de galo, some cheddar cheese sauce, and some crispy taco shells.

Tomorrow is 50% chance of rain. although there was a 40% chance today and not a cloud anywhere near me??? Our Weatherman is smoking crack.
