It all looks real good JB.

Did you pour marinade from raw chicken over the chicken while grilling or was that a fresh batch of marinade ?

Yeah it was the raw stuff, But the chicken still had to cook for a while, it was only 130 internal at that point. That grill is hot too its got cast iron sides & fire door. With 1 chiminy of coal it will hold 375 for 5 hours with all the dampers closed
