I cut up some breakfast sausage links and browned them in my 8" skillet:

Then, I started some hash browns:

Once the hash browns were going good, I put the sausage on top and then poured a couple of beaten eggs over top. I put the lid from my 8" camp oven on the skillet and baked the concoction in the oven at 350 until the eggs were done:

Next was some sprinkled cheddar cheese and under the broiler it went:

It was very tasty. The sausage was a little bland. Next time I want either some spicier sausage or some diced ham.

I made another one today. I browned the sausage a little longer and used a little more oil with the taters, but I poured most of the oil before it went into the oven. I also added some seasoning, and I baked this one at 375. I cam to the conclusion that the sausage I bought just didn't have much flavor. I do think ham would be better. The egg had more of a fried consistancy. I'm going to keep playing around with this method and ingredients.

This pic is bad, but it proved it happened:
