And made some pin wheel steaks.

Started with a flank steak I marinated in Lawrys Steak and Chop marinate.

I also grilled a diaphragm steak marinated in the same marinade for lunch this week.
 
Wow, Nick, those pinwheels look great!

(If anybody hasn't learned the hard way, pull those skewers out the same direction they went in. That way most of the splinters stay on the skewers instead of in the meat. :oops: )
 
Nice job Nick that looks really good. Did you have any problems with the cheese dripping out while they were on the grill?
