I had a customer call the other night wanting Q and Ribs for Easter when his family comes into town. Got off at 7 this morning and stoped at Sams for the meat and had everything on by 8:30.

 
Neat set up you have there. I wanting to do something but building cost are so high. I need something where people can come inside and eat. At thanksgiving and a couple of parties we have each year there are 30-40 people and the house is crowded.

For the steam table, portable turkey fryer, space heater and of course the gas street vending grill.
