I grilled the NY strip last night for supper. Marinated it in a Burgundy Marinade for about an hour. Had a small one left over this morning for breakfast.

I'll "candle" some up for you John a day or so before if your going to be at Oink. Those feral popping chickens don't last long. They end up on the grill or bbq pit.

Now that's a good looking breakfeast. I have a friend that owns chicken farm and he brings me double yoke eggs about once a month. Of coarse I like to eat them but there are really good to use to as a batter base.
