Threw on a couple of butts this morning. Doing them two different ways.

Heres them just going on:



And now.



They are sitting at about 185 right now.

Vlad took them of a short while ago they were between 195 and 201. They are wrapped and in the cooler for now.

I gotta get my meat scores better this year - Desserts dont get you a GC :)
 
well its shaping up to be a good day here in our house.

Beans are on. Coleslaw is made, Pork pulled soon, Coconut cream pie for dessert and teammates and my Dad coming for lunch. Yup a great way to spend a Sunday.

I'd ask how you did it, but I know better. ;) Larry's right, that's outstanding.

Well heres the rest of the pics just waiting for people to arrive. Yes they were cooked on the Lil Tex going to try the same recipes on the WSm in a few weeks. I always do that try one on the Traeger and again on the WSM.

Was going to make cornbread but i think this is enough.

The dessert is something of a work in progress not quite there yet.
