A choice NY strip with worcheshire sauce, and a rub consisting of kosher salt, ground black pepper, and garlic salt coming up to room temperature.

Potato with olive oil and the same rub going into a 425º oven.

Resting after a few minutes on a hot grill.

Time to eat.

Looks tasty John, one of my favorite cuts of meat to grill. I usually just use salt and pepper but the worcheshire and garlic sounds good. May need to grill up a few this weekend. Thanks for sharing.

Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and garlic powder is what I've always liked. I used to use regular salt, but I've made the switch to large crystals, sometimes Kosher and sometimes sea salt.
