Baby Backs and Paula's Corn Casserole

Did 3 racks of baby backs yesterday and made Paula Deen's corn casserole for a side dish. Here's some pics:


I cut the racks in half just to fit them better in the rib rack on the WSM.

Bones and Corn Casserole...any recipe that uses 1 stick of butter can't be all bad. :LOL: :LOL:

Lookin Good

Man O man..those look good Bruce! My boy is having a buddy spend the night this Saturday and he wants ribs for dinner, so I’m cookin up a couple racks of baby backs. Was going to do spares but the wife picked up bb’s instead. I’m also going smoke a few spicy Italian sausage’s left over from last nights pizza fixings, I’m also throwing on a fatty as well. I’ll try to get some pics for everyone. Oh and I’ll be having a few cold ones as well.
