Got the Chuckies on and some Beef Ribs…I hit the chuckies with my brisket rub..and the Ribs with S&P&G&O with a little paprika for colors sake…Using the WSM a mix of hickory and cherry wood and hump lump. Sand in the pan….and I’m using a rib rack which I don’t typically use. Finished pics will be posted tomarrow.





 
Well the "where's the beef" question has been answered.

I was working this weekend so I had a non union camera women finish the cook and take pics…both the ribs and chucks came out great…Nice and moist. Oh yeah the ribs were nice and meaty..
