Cool. Hows that work out with the Angus? What do you walk away with in meat and your cost?

Nick the sausgaemaker sells bags like that....I use em for breakfast sausgage...a bag a hog clip...and you are good to go...we put them in the freezer for a day or two to freeze then vac pac...

I picked up some bags from Bass Pro, clips and pliers. Doin 15lbs of breakfast sausage today :D
