Ain't nobody that ain't done rib's in a coon age worth a coon testicle in my book! Ain't nothing worse than a NON YANKEE not cooking ribs. Non-Yankees ain't nothing but the Devils offspring that can't cook BBQ.
 
Suggest you go have a tall sour mash with spring water. Borrow a chill pill from some of your female kin. You seem a little tense.

John- look good!! Just got me a Traeger (75) would you mind sharing what setting & for how long you did those ribs? Getting ready to do some myself. BTW to you use their rubs? I found the samples they sent me way too salty. Any thoughts? Thanks, Pete
