Doing a little cooking today

I thought since it was nice and cool outside today I'd whipp up some grub. Got a little stew thing going and it just now made the pot to get tender 8)

It has one more surprise ingrediant that goes in at the end. I'll post it later:









 
Looking Good Ron, I'm gonna do some ribs tomorrow. I done a corned beef last night & will post later today.
 
Well I finished it up and now I'm layed up like a basset hound.

Finished this up with some carrots, corn on the cob cut short, and a topping of fresh spinach. Put the lid back on and let it cook another 30 minutes.

It's from a New Mexico recipe that I modified a little using spinach instead of cabbage, and serrano peppers instead of bell pepper.
