I got me some really nice looking set of beef rib at the store today. I rub them down some of big Ron rub and they have been on now for 4 hours and boy to they look good. I will post more picture as they finish.

I made them just like you would a bake tater. I cooked them on the pit tell fork tender than add all the fixing and put it back on the pit to melt the chesse and boy were they good there none left.
