Hot Pepper Pickles

Decided to share some pickles when we go to Oink next week.

These are hot pepper pickles.

There are onions, green tomatoes, jalapeños, garlic (whole), rocotillos and a mix of Serrano and Thai chili peppers. These are really quite spicy.

Hell Danielle, I don't know about Sapo there, but I've seen jb's legs, you might want to consider that.
