My wife's out of town with the camera, so no pictures available. The other day on the Food Networks "Down Home With the Neely's", they oven baked a BBQ Turkey Meatloaf. I tried it today on the smoker. Smoked at 250 to 175 internal using cherry chips for flavor - took about 3 hours. It turned out moist and flavorable - needed higher temp for better crust. The sauce I used was too sweet for my taste, but my mother-in-law loved it - always a good person to please. It's a good lower fat option to beef. Best part is meatloaf sandwiches tomorrow. BD
