Xmas Scramble time

Not as in eggs, I'm at in In-laws tryin to do 3 racks of BB, 25 year old 2 burner gasser with no thermometer!

I'm smoking the apple wood with a blow torch every 30 mins to keep lit.
I'm tryin to keep the temp at 225 and I'm flyin blind.

Go thing I'm an in the trenches BBQer.....updates soon!!

I got "R" done, had to baby sit the grill every 15 minutes for 4 hours.....fun stuff!!

You know it Max, I had to walk up and down a 24 step staircase each time.
They live on a hill and the second level to the ground is a long way down.........and up!!!!!

Where in Michigan are they? Sounds like by a damn lake to me. Should of let me know, I would of let you borrow one of my portable smokers. We need to get together and build a cheap UDS for at your In-Laws.

They live in Strongsville ohio,,in their mid 80's Very tough to be around for very long.
Her Dad might go this coming year, getting old sucks!

I told my 32 year old Daughter you don't have to deal with me past the age of 75....lol
