Nice job SS that sausage looks great. I finally found a small local store that sells home made sausage and after seeing your vid, I may need to head over there this weekend and get some. Thanks for the sausage inspiration.
 
That's the best wurst I've seen!

I've always done mine indoors. Why didn't I think to do them outside?

Great video and great looking sausage. How long did they cook? Temp? How much and what type of wood did you use for smoking?

They cooked for about 20 minutes at around 250 and the wood was embedded into the coals.. Kingsford-Hickory .....Just cook them until it look like the casings are almost going to bust... Don't let them bust or you can loose all the lubricating oil... :shock:
