Heh. Ya all caramelized, but it was just dry rub. I prefer it to be cold out. The heat gets to me. I can't feel the cold actually, unless there's a lot of wind.
 
Great presentation and the ribs look fantastic! Did a vacation with my wife in British Columbia (Victoria, etc.) and loved it. The people there are really friendly. The only problem I had was when I asked someone why they had a picture of a duck on their money. Didn't go over very well with the locals. Love your rib presentation.
 
It's a Loon. That coin is called the Loonie. The $2 coin was therefore called a Twoonie. American money is one colour. I don't know anywhere that does that, except there.
 
Wolfe Rub Original is pretty sweet stuff. I used Zatarains for some brisket and it was fantastic. The 3-2-1 method I used, but the 1 turned into 0.5.
