Thanks. I'm learning. I got a 9 hour burn with a full ring, empty pan and opened the lid 3 times. Not bad. During the cook (not the whole time) I had a chuck on, cooked the same as a brisket, plus 2 spuds. Turned out good.
What do you guys cook other than the 4 comp meats, chuck or abt's?

Griff Loaf, Turkey, Dip, Hot Dogs, Boglona, Sausage, Beans, Fatties, Scotch Eggs and the list goes on and on...hell I even smoke chex mix...it's a little hard to lite but
