Today Bill the Grill Guy and Gary in Va are heading to the Wolfe Den for comradarity, beer, food and to watch the Redskins get their ass kicked!

I'm serving Applewood smoked turkey, brunswick stew, chuck egg rolls and other munchies.

Bill is bringing shrimp Brushchetta

Gary I think is bringing chicken wangs

Here's the turkey I put on at noon.

Wish I could join you guys, but we have company this weekend. :( (Fed 'em Q last night. They think I'm a cooking wizard. )

Have fun, go 'Skins!

We'll try to do it again soon John!!

Yep, just loaded the cooler with beer and the Festa Salsa for the Bruchetta. Picking Gary up 1/2 way to save fuel (at 2.97gal). Going to be a good time in the Den.

Ditto. Got Mrs. Wildfireeric's parents in town. Currently showing them what my interpretation of VA Q tastes like. Perhaps we can meet at Larry's some other day?

Larry must be out of Wolfe Rub. Ain't that gonna be a little late for you boys to be headin home after a game's worth of beer?

Yep I never rub turkeys when smoking, waste of rub and time in my opinion.
