I'm doing 2 more butts today. I got them on around 6:30 this morning, there in the 5 lb range so I think I'm gonna have to pull the water pan out and cook a little hotter at the end to get them done in time. When I started rubbing the second one I noticed I was getting low on my usual pork rub. No time to make more, so I rubbed it with a blend of the usual and Wolfe Rub Bold (I always have this around). I've never had WRB on pork, I think it will blend nicely.
