Wolfe citrus chicken in an egg

Larry, thanks for the sample. That is a good rub to use on birds. My wife thought it was just right. I'd have liked a little more heat, but that's just me. The BGE is a natural for poultry.

That looks good Griff. That is my favorite way to do chicken. Xcept I don't have an egg....................yet.
