Larry, thanks for the sample. That is a good rub to use on birds. My wife thought it was just right. I'd have liked a little more heat, but that's just me. The BGE is a natural for poultry.
I forgot to mention that the outside temp was -10* last night when I cooked the chicken. In this case the Egg definately came first. John, last WSM was two 7 pound rib roasts on Christmas.
