Wicked Good dinner with Uncle Al

2 racks of spares rubbed with Uncle Al's Original rub.
Using Rancher & hickory on the WSM.
Gonna' sauce them with "Original Sin".
I also have a bottle of "Fire & Brimstone" but I thought that would be a little to spicey for my little one. Sounds like wing sauce to me

The "Fire & Brimstone" has a good bite to it. Tried a tablespoon full.
Kept a nice sweet flavor too . Chugged a beer and can still feel it.
The "Original Sin" has a bit of heat but more sweet. A mollasses kind of sweet. The rub and the sauce blend together perfectly.

Here's a peek after 3 hrs. at 225*.
