Why smoke 1 brisket when you can smoke 2 at twice the price?

A buddy of mine that tasted my brisket liked it enough that he wants me to smoke him one next week when I smoke mine.

Does smoking two briskets at once increase the length of time it takes to smoke em?

Thanks in advance.

Not by much. It might take a few minutes longer to get the pit up to temp but after that, one ~ two ~ No difference. Get use to cooking for your friends.

Oh yea??!! HAHA. Do you get a lot of requests? I'd feel proud if someone likes my bbq enough to cook them a brisket.

I've only had the inlaws over for BBQ. They always come back. I finding that I like my BBQ alot better than the restuarants.

You need to try butts and ribs also. Chicken doesn't do well on my offset. I use my Weber Kettle for them. Chicken needs to cook at a higher temperature in my opinion (but I'm still learning).
