why propane is bad

halfway through a brisket cook, tank running low on my great outdoors big block had to switch it out and bam !!!! the plastic connector cracks on the regulator hose




oh well its in the oven now cause i was out of charcoal for my char griller to

just a bad day

Just bustin in ya crazyhorse...ain't never had anything break that was a cookstopper on the charcol grill...lol

heh...all is well now, while the brisket was in the oven i ran to town and got a replacement, the smoke is rollin again!!

i have a chargriller with the side fire box but the great outdoors smoker is just to easy :P :P
