Head Chef
Whole chicken on the grill and sides. Easy and tasty, nutritious and delicious. I would have put the recipe for the chicken but is it just rubbed and grilled indirect. Not much to it.

Yummy Salad Dressing
1 Cup Mayo
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Knox's Yummy Chicken Dry Rub
Mix together in a bowl and serve with garden salad.
Potato Salad
8 Potatoes - mine were sort of small
1 Cup Mayo
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 fat Tablespoon Mustard
3/4 Cup Chopped Green Olives
3 Tablespoons Sweet Relish
1 teaspoon Mustard Seed
Chop potatoes and boil in salted water until soft. While the potatoes are boiling mix everything else together in a bowl. Drain potatoes and toss in with everything else.
Kale & Onions
1 large bunch of fresh Kale
1 small Onion Diced
1 Tablespoon Salt for the water
De-stem Kale and boil with Onion until Kale is tender. Serve with vinegar or dry white wine.
