Whole grilled Chicken and sides.....

Whole chicken on the grill and sides. Easy and tasty, nutritious and delicious. I would have put the recipe for the chicken but is it just rubbed and grilled indirect. Not much to it.

Yummy Salad Dressing

1 Cup Mayo
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Knox's Yummy Chicken Dry Rub

Mix together in a bowl and serve with garden salad.

Potato Salad

8 Potatoes - mine were sort of small
1 Cup Mayo
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 fat Tablespoon Mustard
3/4 Cup Chopped Green Olives
3 Tablespoons Sweet Relish
1 teaspoon Mustard Seed

Chop potatoes and boil in salted water until soft. While the potatoes are boiling mix everything else together in a bowl. Drain potatoes and toss in with everything else.

Kale & Onions

1 large bunch of fresh Kale
1 small Onion Diced
1 Tablespoon Salt for the water

De-stem Kale and boil with Onion until Kale is tender. Serve with vinegar or dry white wine.

Puff, I actually took another stab at Spare Ribs recently which I am going to try and put together before to long. I suck at ribs but they were not bad. I used Swamp Sauce on them which I like a lot.

Looks like mighty "Yummy Chicken" just stumbled over my evaluation sample last night. Gonna put that to use soon. The pork rub was excellent when applied to a loin. I been wondering whut had went with the chicken rub which was lost but now has been found
