glad to see everyone is still cooking....I have been traveling like crazy and my kids have also, we finaly got everyone home and decided to fire up the cooker today....brined a couple of chickens for 2 days, rubbed them down and thew them on the smoker with beans and potatoes

So i was walking past a basket of potatoes between the kitchen and the cooker and I got this idea....so I threw some on the smoker, then quartered them, mixed them with some cooked onions and bacon, rub and melted butter...man o man, the pic don't really capture it but they are good.

Time to eat....chicken, slaw, the above mentioned potatoes, baked beans, greens, cornbread and fried green tomatoes
I figured I should get this posted before i explode...i ate to much without a doubt
