While I slept

http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/20 ... 6998SZGsNi

I love my WSM's. I have 2 small catering jobs, one today and one on saturday. I put these on last night at 7pm and they are looking good when I got up this morning. SET it and FORGET it. Thanks Weber.

I know the feeling. It took a while before I got mine too. Now the poor offset just sits there and looks at the WSM's smoking away. Poor Petunia.

That's breakfast about once a week. Slap some grape jelly on them, cut up a sour pickle and you're good to go.

Yea, they intrigue me. I had a Brinkman cooker like that, only with the open bottom. Temp control was impossible. Then I saw a how-to video by this guy in Canada who put 2 butts on a WSM at night, went to bed, got up in the AM and the temp was still on target. I thought, what the hell is all that?

After you buy a wsm, build a UDS and borrow all the internal parts from the wsm.

Did I miss the finished pics or were there NO FINISHED PICS ???

That looks delicious Bill. I am probably going to pull the trigger on a WSM soon. Especiallly if the results are that good.
Who has the best deal on one these days?

I haven't found any real "deals" lately. I would say that the cheapest you'll find one is $200. I'd shoot for that price range on any of the on-line mega shops.
